Meet Matthews Gondwe, a 24-year-old undergraduate student at the Malawi University of Science and Technology. Matthews Gondwe is not your ordinary student. Matthews’ distinct combination of skills and passion sets him apart in his journey as a M’mawa Management Trainee at the Ntha Foundation.

Matthews’ educational journey unfolds at the Malawi University of Science and Technology, where he is actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology. Matthews is a driven individual with a profound passion for technology. His expertise lies in crafting innovative solutions within the realms of web and app development, coupled with a keen interest in digital marketing strategies.

His commitment to innovative ideas has led him to a transformative and remarkable journey with the Ntha Foundation as a part of the M’mawa Management Malawi program. This program, generously co-funded by the Bien Corporation Africa and other partners, is a full-time, voluntary training initiative. This comprehensive initiative blends in-class lessons with on-the-job training, immersing Matthews in various facets of technology, including web development, digital marketing, and work ethics.This unique blend of skills positions Matthews as a promising candidate for a specialized role, such as a tech-focused management trainee at organizations aiming to bridge the gap between innovation and business success
