THOKOZANI KAMKAMBA | M’mawa Management Training

Meet Thokozani Kamkamba, a 27-year-old undergraduate student at the Malawi University of Science and Technology who is determined to make a lasting impact in the world of Information Technology, digital marketing, and content creation. Thokozani is not your typical student; her passion for technology, coupled with a creative flair, sets her apart and makes her an ideal candidate as a Mโ€™mawa Management Trainee at the Ntha Foundation.

Thokozani’s academic journey unfolds at the Malawi University of Science and Technology, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems and Security. She is driven by a deep passion for the elegance of technology, content creation, and the canvas of digital design

Currently engaged in the transformative  Mโ€™mawa Management Malawi program by the Ntha Foundation, generously co-funded by the Bien Corporation Africa and esteemed partners. It goes beyond being a training opportunity,it’s a hands-on, immersive experience. The program covers administration, communication, digital expertise, people skills, and work ethics, meticulously designed to empower talents like Thokozani for success in the ever evolving professional world.

Thokozani’s excitement extends to enhancing her event planning and organizational skills, For her, this training is not just a step; it’s a fascinating journey towards leadership in planning and organization. She envisions on becoming skilled in innovation and creativity, and helping out in coding workshops and community programs, encouraging everyone,especially encouraging those underrepresented in tech.

Thokozani’s vision for a secure digital realm, marked by privacy and responsible tech advancements, aligns seamlessly with Mโ€™mawa Management Malawi Malawi’s ethos.
