From Apprentices to Digital Leaders: MAP Cohort 4 | KWATHU KOLLECTIVE

The Kwathu Kollective is thrilled to share the inspiring journey of the M’mawa Apprenticeship Cohort 4 students, who have successfully transitioned into full-time roles at the Ntha Foundation under Kwathu Kollective. This milestone is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the robust training provided by the M’mawa Apprenticeship program.

From Apprentices to Associates

Four talented individuals from Cohort 4 have taken up full-time positions as Business and ICT Associates at the Ntha Foundation. They are now at the helm of managing the Digital Skills for Africa (DSA) platform, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to advancing digital skills across the continent.

Their journey from apprentices to full-time associates underscores the immense potential for employment that the M’mawa Apprenticeship offers. The program not only equips participants with essential skills but also provides a clear pathway to professional growth and career advancement within the Ntha Foundation and beyond.

The success of these apprentices serves as a powerful motivation for current and future participants. It shows that with hard work, dedication, and the right opportunities, significant milestones in their careers are within reach. The Ntha Foundation remains committed to nurturing talent and providing a supportive environment where aspiring professionals can thrive and make meaningful contributions to the digital landscape of Africa.
