Mr. Victor C. Gondwe has been appointed as the Managing Director of Kwathu Kollective, following his very successful tenure as COO of the Ntha Foundation. His strategic vision for 2024-2026 aims to expand co-working hubs, enhance the Digital Skills for Africa platform, and establish the Kwathu Research Centre, advancing youth empowerment in Africa.

The United Nations Summit of the Future aims to address global challenges by engaging world leaders and stakeholders, with a special emphasis on youth involvement. Malawian youth are encouraged to join the conversation, participate in sustainable projects, and advocate for meaningful change. Kwathu Kollective and the RCO in Malawi are producing a video to guide youth on how to contribute to a sustainable, inclusive future.
