Kwathu Kollective and the RCO in Malawi are producing a video to guide youth on how to contribute to a sustainable, inclusive future.
Alex Kachepa, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Kwathu Kollective, has been pivotal to the organization’s success alongside founder Nthanda Manduwi for over seven years. His expertise in creative direction, marketing, and business development has significantly shaped their initiatives, particularly the Management Training Program. Although no longer a full-time staff, Alex remains influential on the board, driving digital literacy and creative empowerment in Malawi and beyond.
