In September, 2023, we were delighted to partner with The Catholic University of Malawi – engaging 3 of their Development Studies and Community Development students in our M’mawa Management Training Programme.
This program enhanced their educational experience through practical training and guided hands-on exposure & involvement in Ntha Foundation’s projects as well as providing exposure and access to the Ntha Foundation’s skills training programs.
PROGRESS:
In the 8th week of the current cohort, lecturers from The Catholic University of Malawi visited the Ntha Foundation. Their mission was to assess their students who are in the M’mawa Management Training Program (MMTP), a flagship initiative that equips young professionals with a holistic skill set.
The MMTP, run by Ntha Foundation, offers students a comprehensive skill set, combining classroom learning with practical experience. It covers administration, communication, digital skills, people skills, and work ethics. The MMTP empowers students with practical skills and contributes to Malawi’s socio-economic development.
The Catholic University of Malawi lecturers assessed student progress by meeting with supervisors and gathering feedback on performance and growth areas.
We are delighted to announce the completion of their M’mawa management training program, as they eagerly await their return to school for the final dissertation defense, a crucial step toward achieving their respective degrees.
